The sell slogan claims to deliver professional presets for R&b, HiP-Hop en others, Unfortunately you will get 20 presets without a standard descriptive naming convention. The 20 files have just been numbered from 1 to 20 and you are not able to get any indication about which one to use for a specific purpose. "You must try them all and see which works the best for you". This is all the support could tell me. The expected support is insufficient. The installation procedure described is exclusively for Window users. If you are on a Mac you must figure out yourself where to store the files in order to see then in your plugin. Of course I don't know if the presets for the others applications have the same naming numbers convention, check it before you buy. I you don't want to be disappointed don't buy this item. Franco
